The name predicts the finish and the panel. - It does not predict the mechanism. Two cabinets with different badges can share an evaporator, a fan and a defrost circuit. - So the model and serial matter more here than on a make whose series are genuinely different machines. - The plate is usually inside the door frame on a cabinet, and on the back panel or under the lid on laundry. What we ask for - The full model number including the trailing characters — this maker revises parts within a model run. - The serial, which is what decides which version of a part fits. - Where the machine lives.
